Where do you ship?
GreenFolk delivers all products, excluding pots and plants, Australia wide!
Pots and plants are currently available for local delivery (within 20km of Burleigh Heads) or pick-up daily. See Pick Up, Deliveries and Shipping Options for more information.
When do you deliver?
We aim to get all orders dispatched within 48-72 hours of receipt. If you require delivery for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
How much is shipping?

Can I collect my order?
If you’d prefer to order online but collect your good from in-store, you can! All our products including pots and plants are currently available for pick-up! See Pick Up, Deliveries and Shipping Options for more information.
What is your return policy?
If your order has arrived and has an issue, such as damage or incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos of the issue (phone-quality is fine) and we will work with you to resolve issues directly.
When do you re-stock?
We are always adding new products to our collection! If something your heart desires is not available online, try popping into our store, or shooting us an email to see if we can source what you’re chasing.
