PICK UP, DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING OPTIONS
GreenFolk offers three delivery options.
- Local Pick Up: available for all products, free of charge.
- Local Delivery: available for all products, rates below.
- National Shipping: available for all products, excluding plants and larger pots.
WHAT ARE YOUR NATIONAL (AUSTRALIA) SHIPPING RATES?
- Under 2kg: 0kg–2kg – $12.00
- 2-5kg: 2kg–5kg – $20.00
- Up to 22kg: 5kg–22kg – $100.00
HOW DOES LOCAL PICK UP WORK?
If you select Local Pick Up as your delivery method, your order will be available for pick up the following day, between 12-3.30pm.
Please ensure your order is picked up within 72hours of being placed. Should you have any concerns with this pick up time frame please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
Nb: As we have limited safe storage area at our jungle atelier; any items remaining beyond a period of one week from date of purchase will be considered no longer required and returned to stock.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you to collect your order.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?
Some of our products like plants and larger pots are available for local delivery or pick up/ in store only. These items are not currently available for shipping nationally.
GreenFolk offers local delivery up to 20km from Burleigh Heads (excluding NSW), for any order over $50.00.
Delivery rates are as follows:
- Up to 10km from Burleigh Heads: $29.95
- Up to 20km from Burleigh Heads: $39.95

WHAT DAYS AND TIMES DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver on weekdays only, if you require weekend deliveries, please please contact us before placing your order.
Deliveries will be made with 3-7days of placing your order. These are generally made on Tuesday and Friday’s only. Deliveries outside of these days may be considered on request but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss your specific requirements.
Should you require an express delivery for an event please email us the date and time and we can assess the teams availability and provide a quote for this service.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time within this window.
WHERE WILL MY DELIVERY BE LEFT?
Your delivery will be left in the safest location accessible and available at the time. If you have a preference as to where we will leave your delivery, please put this in the notes when placing your order.
If your delivery cannot be left in a safe location, it will be returned to our store. You may contact us for redelivery (charges apply) or organise pick up from our store during opening hours.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN I ADD A SPECIAL NOTE TO MY DELIVERY?
Yes! Please add your text in the ‘Notes’ when placing your order, and we will handwrite it on one of our free gift cards.
We also have a great range of gifts and greeting cards available. If you would like to add one of these to your order, please add the product to your cart (as normal) and note when you place your order what you'd like written on the card.

Please note; plant size and availability may vary with the seasons.
Should your chosen size/species be unavailable at the time of pick up, we will endeavour to select the most similar available at time of pick up.
